The Makeup Show HOUSTON! MARCH 23 – 24, 2019

Every year my friends and I attend The Makeup Show in Dallas, this year it’s being held in Houston. I was so excited when I heard just to visit Houston and to possibly get to meet new artists from this city.

However, sad news, I might not be attending which is very upsetting to me. However, because of the amazing people I have met and have been able to learn from.  I still wanted to show them so love..img_6020

The Makeup show isn’t about going to meet “youtubers” or just socialize. It really is a learning opportunity and be able to network with other makeup artists. As sad as it sounds this industry has become divided. People feel like it’s a competition, doesn’t seem it’s about the artistry anymore. Until you meet some of the most talented artist that have been around for a long time. Just to name a few  James Vincent, Kevin J Bennett, Danessa Myricks, Same Fine, Orlando Santiago, Ve Neill.  There’s so many amazing make up artist that attend to educate you about the industry.

This year they will be having multiple seminars for free and paid.*Main Stage presentations are included in your show ticket. These complementary events are seated on a first-come first-served basis and are included in admission to The Makeup Show.

The HANDS ON WORKSHOPS SCHEDULE- Hands-on workshops provide an educational experience to artists of all levels to help refine their makeup skills and elevate their artistry and career in an intimate setting. Each workshop allows attende

es to listen and learn through demonstration, coaching, discussion and practice hands-on while receiving informative feedback from their instructor. Registrants will also have the opportunity to use different products from brands that will be participating at the show.
